We love technical knitting: We have been realising our visions in this field since 2010. Technical knitting refers to products that make use of different yarns and dynamic structural designs to create technical functions as well as visual effects (e.g. elasticity, stability, abrasion resistance, breathability, moisture control, water-resistance, lightness, conductivity and easy care). Our design variants range from fabrics by the metre to individual contoured pieces, right through to three-dimensional designs.

What makes us special: We transform ideas into fully designed products. We aim to always keep a step ahead, from selecting the yarn and applying our knitting expertise through to post-production finishing – where we give each product its individual characteristics. Instead of traditional fabric by the metre, we use partially automated processes to produce functional and structural surfaces. We know how to get the maximum out of our knitting machines.

What we stand for: As an innovative company, we are always on the lookout for new ideas, raw materials, production processes or finishing techniques that we can use to create novel textile products. We are very mindful of ecological issues and sustainability; in this regard, we are committed to minimising transport distances in our production chain, and to fostering close partnerships and flexible cooperation with our customers and suppliers. All of our development work is exclusive to the client, and is protected by a non-disclosure agreement.

Nice to know: Ever since the first knitted shoe, which won us the Adidas Innovation Prize in 2012, we have been expanding our range. With the increased productivity and new design possibilities afforded by automated flat knitting machines, we are keenly aware of the huge potential for new, innovative knit products – and we present our innovations regularly at the Techtextil trade fair. We develop our technical products in close collaboration with our customers, and we manufacture them at our locations in Bad Kötzting (DE) and Tisnov (CZ).
